4 days of Sox: 5/23/12 - Back at .500

Nice to see the Sox dismantle the Twins last night 6-0. Another plus was the stress free victory. Alex Rios and Paul Konerko would've set off the fireworks with their home runs but alas, it was Dog Day so no fireworks. Figures as a rare home victory and show of power by a number of guys in the lineup, the Sox don't set the fireworks off.
Chris Sale was wonderful going 7 innings and allowing two hits while the bats did their job. The Twins defense helped the cause as well committing 3 errors.
There was a nice moment during the 7th inning stretch as the team paid tribute to all the Chicago Police Officers in the crowd (The team organized free tickets for all CPD for select games, this being one of them.) for their stellar work over the weekend when the NATO summit was held.
Tonight it's game two looking for the series win.
